Find the commercial constraint before investing in another solution.

The Commercial Clarity Diagnostic is a paid strategic review of the system behind your growth. It finds where commercial value is being lost — across positioning, demand, conversion, CRM, and sales — separates the real causes from the surface symptoms, and tells you what to fix first, what to fix next, and what to leave alone for now.

In one line: it is not a free consultation, a discovery call, or an automated website scan. It is senior, founder-led analysis that produces a written diagnosis and a prioritised plan — so your next investment fixes the actual constraint instead of a symptom.

What it is

A diagnosis, not a pitch.

Most companies spend on the wrong fix because they have never had the whole commercial system read at once. A new website, more ad spend, another tool, or a rebrand gets bought to solve a problem that lives somewhere else entirely. The diagnostic exists to prevent that.

I examine how the parts of your commercial system work together — or fail to — and give you a clear, honest answer to one question: where is commercial value being lost between first attention and closed revenue? You leave with a written diagnosis and a sequence, whether or not we work together afterwards.

Who it's for

Situations that justify a diagnostic.

It is built for founders and senior decision-makers in premium B2B and founder-led businesses who are commercially serious and want to invest deliberately. It is especially useful when:

  • Leads arrive, but too few are qualified — and you are not sure whether it is targeting, positioning, or the offer.
  • Traffic exists and the site looks good, but enquiries stay weak.
  • Marketing and sales describe the pipeline differently and no one fully trusts the CRM.
  • Spend keeps rising while qualified, decision-maker conversations stay flat.
  • The business runs on the founder, and that dependency has become the ceiling.
  • You are about to commit budget to a redesign, a new tool, or a campaign — and want to know it is the right move first.
What I examine

The whole system, read at once.

Depending on the level, the review moves across the connected parts of the commercial system rather than optimising one channel in isolation:

  • Positioning & offer — whether the market understands why to choose you, and at what price.
  • Demand & acquisition — whether attention is being created against the right intent.
  • Website & conversion — message match, buyer journey, trust structure, forms, and CTAs.
  • CRM & pipeline — lifecycle stages, qualification logic, data you can trust, and forecast visibility.
  • Sales process & follow-up — qualification, discovery, stage integrity, and speed of follow-up.
  • Reporting — whether the numbers reflect reality well enough to make decisions.
What you receive

A written diagnosis and a sequence.

The deliverable is not a generic report. It is a focused analysis of your specific business: where value is leaking, the likely root causes beneath the symptoms, and a prioritised plan built around one principle — spend leverage where it compounds, and defer what would be premature.

Fix First

The constraint

The one or two changes doing the most damage right now — the highest-leverage fixes that unlock everything downstream.

Fix Next

The follow-through

What becomes worth doing once the constraint is addressed, sequenced so effort compounds instead of scattering.

Fix Later

The deferred

What looks urgent but is not yet — including the investments that would be premature until the foundation is sound.

Levels & investment

Three depths. Choose by scope.

The right level depends on how much of the system needs examining. Pricing is shown as a range because scope varies with the size and complexity of the business; the exact figure is confirmed after the fit review.

Level 01
Commercial Clarity Snapshot
€750–€1,250 starting investment

A fast, focused read of the most visible commercial surface — ideal when you need a clear sense of the top issues quickly.

  • Homepage & offer review
  • CTA and conversion review
  • Top three commercial issues
  • 30-day priorities
Level 03
Revenue Architecture Diagnostic
€3,000–€5,000 starting investment

A full-system diagnosis for businesses where demand, CRM, sales, and reporting no longer work as one.

  • Positioning, website & demand
  • CRM, pipeline & sales journey
  • Follow-up & reporting
  • Revenue-leakage map
  • 90-day roadmap

Prices are in euros and exclude any applicable taxes. The diagnostic is a paid engagement, separate from — and not a precondition of — any implementation work that may follow.

How it runs

Timeline and what I need from you.

01

Apply & confirm fit

You submit a short application. I review your business and website before replying, and we confirm the right level on a brief fit call.

02

Share inputs

You give me access to what is relevant to the level: website, analytics, ad accounts, CRM, and a short conversation with the people closest to the customer. The more honest the inputs, the sharper the diagnosis.

03

Diagnosis

I run the review and produce the written diagnostic. Typical turnaround is a few days to about two weeks depending on level and access.

04

Readout

We walk through the findings and the Fix First / Fix Next / Fix Later plan together, so the priorities are clear and decision-ready.

Scope

What it is — and what it is not.

Included

  • Senior, founder-led analysis of your actual system
  • Root-cause separation, not a symptom checklist
  • A written diagnosis you keep
  • A prioritised, time-bound roadmap
  • A live readout of the findings
  • An honest view of which investments would be premature

Not included

  • Implementation or execution (that is separate, and optional)
  • Guaranteed outcomes or ranking promises
  • A sales pitch dressed as advice
  • A generic template applied to your business
  • An automated scan or scorecard
  • A commitment to work together afterwards
After the diagnostic

You own the analysis — the next step is yours.

Some clients take the diagnostic and implement internally or with their existing team. Others ask me to lead the highest-leverage fixes. Both are valid. The diagnostic is designed to make either path a better-informed decision, and there is never an obligation to continue.

Illustrative structure — not client data
Constraint identified Positioning is interchangeable, so acquisition competes on price.
Where value leaks Qualified attention arrives but the offer gives no reason to act now.
Fix first Sharpen positioning and offer so the right buyer self-selects.
Fix next Rebuild the conversion journey and qualification around the new frame.
Fix later Scale paid acquisition — deliberately deferred until conversion is sound.
Not recommended yet A full rebrand; the constraint is clarity, not aesthetics.

The layout above illustrates how a diagnosis is structured. It is a generic example, not a real client engagement, and no figures are shown because none would be verifiable out of context.

Questions

Clear answers, before you apply.

Is the Commercial Clarity Diagnostic free?

No. It is a paid strategic diagnostic. The free steps are the application and, where there is a fit, a short fit call. The diagnostic itself is a structured, paid piece of work that produces a written analysis and a prioritised plan.

How is it different from a free consultation or audit?

A free consultation is a conversation and an automated audit is a scan. This is senior, founder-led analysis of your actual commercial system — positioning, conversion, CRM, sales, and reporting — that separates symptoms from root causes and tells you what to fix first, next, and later.

How do I know which level is right?

You do not have to decide alone. Apply, and I will recommend the level that matches the scope of the problem and the access available. Many businesses start with the Snapshot or the Brand & Revenue Diagnostic and go deeper only if it is warranted.

Do I have to work with Alba afterwards?

No. The diagnostic stands on its own and you keep the analysis. If implementation makes sense and there is a fit, it can follow — but there is no obligation, and part of the value is knowing which investments would be premature.

What do you need access to?

It depends on the level — typically your website and analytics, and for deeper levels your ad accounts, CRM, and a short conversation with the people closest to the customer. Confidential information is handled carefully, and the diagnosis is only as good as the honesty of the inputs.

Start with clarity, not another guess.

Every application is reviewed personally. I look at your business and website before replying, and I will tell you honestly if a diagnostic is not the right next step. Response within 48 hours.
