Alba Collective was built after years of seeing the same structural failure: shallow execution, junior-led work, fragmented ownership, and no real attention to the mechanics that actually drive commercial performance.

Tulu's background spans architecture studies at Politecnico di Milano, cognitive behavioral psychology, AI systems, UX, business design, and sales — applied across real commercial environments from product brands to B2G operations and an AI decision-making platform for government contracting.

The model exists because the alternatives were not good enough.
